How Still We See Thee Lie

card frontTucked away on shelf in a pile of miscellaneous papers in the back of this “packed to the rafters store”, I found this card made of construction paper. It has aged and has folded corners and faded colors. Made by a child whose name is written across the back. It cost $3.00.

I found it so dear. I’ve looked at it several times since February.

Simple. But it tells a lifetime of stories. A story our whole world comes to celebrate this time of year. And for this I am grateful. Anytime our World thinks about our Jesus is good.

maryjosephbabeLittle Town I’m so thankful for this precious reminder of the gift given so many years ago.

For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6

Merry Christmas. Sending Love and Best Thoughts to you.
